| Paul Cadorette, CPC-H-ORTHO, CPC-P, mdStrategies Director of Education. Paul has obtained a high level of coding expertise through extensive research and experience within the ASC community. By utilizing a multitude of resources, he has developed a comprehensive database of ASC coding knowledge. Paul's experience is derived from a whole host of responsibilities that have included his involvement in transitioning a major healthcare company to a home based coding program where he supervised the coding for fifteen ambulatory surgery centers. Paul also oversees the reimbursement and internal coding audit functions for compliance with CMS and AMA guidelines. The result of which is the development of new training programs for mdStrategies coders and coding clients. Paul will guide you through the coding updates and pitfalls of the ASC world with his immense wealth of knowledge. | ||
| Brenda Cadorette, CPC-H-ORTHO, Director of Coding for mdStrategies. Brenda supervises a team of coders ensuring that they meet mdStrategies' high standards. Brenda is also directly involved in the continued education of ASC facilities and coders nationwide ensuring that OIG, Medicare, and State requirements are met. In addition, Brenda has developed and provided educational in-services and training material to meet individual and facility needs around the country. Brenda attributes part of her strong coding foundation to her experience instructing medical programs regarding the intricacies of documentation and coding. Brenda also brings to her position hands on experience in ASC multi-specialty facilities, business office management, and physician office coding. | ||
